If you ever feel like you’ve screwed up, just remember that in 1348 the Scots thought it would be a good idea to invade England because the English were weakened by the Plague. They subsequently caught the plague themselves, went back to Scotland, and killed half their own population.
"Forget ‘not letting them see you cry.’ Let them see your weakness. Then show them your strength. While they’re laughing at your tears, break their nose. Teach them the lesson that you already know; that breaking does not mean you are beyond repair. That failing does not mean you will never win. That spending some time down does not disqualify you from being up. And that being broken, failing or down are not shameful. They need not be kept secret. Let them see your tears; so they can watch them dry."- Kris Cross (via lokid-merlins-67-tardis-at-221b)
My parents aren’t home
You know what that means
*sits in the living room instead of sealing myself away in my room*
this is too accurate
*parents close the door*, *emerges slowly from room like an easily startled deer*
*Parents come home* *scurries back to room like frightened squirrel*
Y’all think this is a joke but it’s 100% accurate
The Turkish company Pugedon has created a vending machine that’s dispensing help for both the environment and our furry friends.

Because of the weight of the ends of the forks, and how they’re distributed behind the penny (closer to the glass), the center of gravity of the whole system is actually shifted quite significantly. If I’m right, it would actually have to be right where the penny meets the glass. This mean, in a sense, all the “weight” of the system of the forks and penny is resting right on that point, rather than out in the air, so if you balance it, it’ll be stable on the glass.
